What have you eaten today?

This is something I started a while back, but because I stopped following the plan mid November, it's been forgotten.

There's a few of us doing WW now, and I know that I find a meal idea that works, and then do it to death. So I thought if we all post our daily menus here, it would be quite interesting to see what other people eat and maybe give us some ideas to be more adventurous.

So for today:

Breakfast
40g Shreddies - 2 points
Orange Juice - 0.5 points

Lunch
Plain Omlette - 3 points
100g McCain Chips - 2.5 points
100g Baked Beans - 1 point
Mini Time Out - 2 poits

Tea
3 Butter Puffs - 3 points
1tsp Diet Flora - 0.5 points (actually only 0.25 but can't be bothered getting that fiddly!)
2 Cream Crackers - 1 point
Marmite - Free!

Snacks
Milk for the day - 2 points
Hot Chocolate - 1 point
60g Coco Pops - 3 points

TOTAL - 21.5 points (out of 22)

My menu for yesterday was as follows:

Breakfast

2 x toast 2 points
2 x flora portions 2 points

Lunch

2 x toast 2 points
2 x flora portions 2 points
Packet of baked walkers 1.5 points

Ok, so not very imaginative so far, lol.

Dinner

'Chow Mien' made with:

Amoy Straight to Wok med egg noodles 3.5 points
Mushrooms 0 points
Onion 0 points
Beansprouts 0 points
Garlic 0 points
Soy Sauce 0 points

Followed by a tropical Solero 2 points

Snacks

Skimmed milk 1 point
2 x Alpen bars 2 points
2 x WW mini muffins 1 point

That's 19 points out of 20, but I went over by 2 points the day before so I still have a point to make up for today - which I only just realised as I posted this menu, dammit, lol!

I'll post todays menu tonight, hopefully it'll be a little more interesting than yesterdays.

Almost at the end of day five (woo hoo!) and todays menu has been as follows:

Mullerice light strawberry 2 points

Lunch

2 x flora portions 2 points
Baked Walkers crisps 1.5 points

Dinner

Chicken breast 2.5 points
Mash potato 3.5 points
Broccoli 0 points
Cauliflower 0 points
Carrots 0 points
Gravy 0.5 points

Snacks

Skimmed milk 1 point
WW mini muffin 0.5 points
Walkers lites 1.5 points
Carrot 0 points
Tropical Solero (which I've yet to have but will be enjoying in a minute, yum yum) 2 points

So, that's 19 points out of 20, which makes up for the point I owe from Friday. So another successful day on the diet! Yey!!

Uncle Bens express rice (microwave pouch - I'm lazy, lol) 5 points

Snacks

Skimmed milk (tea/coffee) 1 point
Walkers Lites 1.5 points
Alpen lite bar 1 point

I think I may be addicted to crisps and toast? Lol!

So that's all 20 of my points used up already today. I think it'll be an early night for me tonight, as long as I'm awake there's a chance of me eating!...I'm already thinking about what else I could eat and make up for tomorrow, lol. I will try not to though :eek:

So, that's 17 points out of 20, which I'm REALLY pleased with because all I wanted to do this morning was eat so I was sure I was going to blow it today - but I haven't! Yey! Might have a couple of ww mini muffins with a cuppa in a minute, and maybe a skinny cow ice lolly too, and maybe an Alpen bar, lol!...that only comes to 3 points though, so it's ok! :eek:)

Haven't posted on here for a couple of days, because I realised how boring my daily menus were (thanks to this thread). My parents have gone shopping today, so will hopefully be able to start posting from this evening again, and it will be a bit more interesting. Not the same thing, at every meal, every day! :eek:

I'm finally back on the wagon! Woo hooo!!

My menu today has been as follows:

Nothing - I didn't get out of bed til 11! :eek:

Lunch

Tuna/mayo sandwich - 3.5 points
Potato heads - 1.5 points

Dinner

Chilli con carne with rice - 9.5 points

Snacks

Milk (tea/coffee) - 1 point
Potato heads - 1.5 points
Lollipop x 2 - 1.5 points
Mini milk - 0.5 points

That's 19 points out of my 20 points allowance, but because my weight loss slowed down so much so quick I'm going to try and stick to 19 points for a while and see how I get on with it.

I''m glad people are using this thread again, it's always nice to see what other people are eating - it's a great way to pick up new meal ideas!

So, that's 19 points out of the 19 I'm allowing myself - yey!

Nice to see other people contributing! Sounds like a lovely dinner Marie. Might put Cottage Pie on my weekly dinner menu for next week! :)

I'll post yesterdays menu when I get home from work this evening!

I wish more people would post on here actually, it's a great way to pick up meal ideas...maybe it'll catch on if we keep posting :confused:

The more we post, the more people will see the fantastic different meals we have, and how much it helps us - And they'll soon be joining us! Either that or we could just keep pestering people ;) lol

So that's 19/19 again...I'm well and truly back in the swing of things ;)
