what if beef mince is just lean?

Not extra lean is it many syns and do you count them?

I've just done a search on SW site and Asda Lean mince less than 12% is 2.5 syns / 100g

If I can't get extra lean then I dry fry and then drain the fat away as much as possible, will probably still be synned though !

I have to say I never count it as you never used to have to on the previous plans and I've always lost well whilst eating it So I've carried on.
