To be honest I plan my shopping each week depending on my menu, what I need to use up and what's on offer. But here is a rough list

VLF soft cheese with garlic

Onions - brown and red

Mixed exotic mushrooms
Tomatoes - vine and baby plum

Sweet potato
Carrots
Squash
Spinach
Frozen broccoli,cauliflower, peas, sweetcorn

I've probably forgotten some real basics but that's all that spring to mind at the moment. Needless to say I don't buy all this every week but you get the jist.

Veg - Frozen mixed veg and rooster potatoes

Meat - Mince Beef, Bacon, chicken

Snacks - Alpen bars, rich tea biscuits and quavers

Dairy - Milk and Activia Fat Free Yogurts

These are always on my weekly shop
