Ive just come back from my second holiday in 8 weeks and now have a stone to lose to get back to goal. What things can I eat that are low in PP but filling. I have a large appetite and always use all my points and weeklies.
What I'd do is use a few point on a portion of couscous, then fill it out with plenty of veg...things like mange tout, asparagus, brocolli, courgette, etc. Flavoured the couscous with a stock cube, otherwise it'll be bland. Lovely and filling, and one my staples in hot weather. Although it's nice not too.
For my lunch today I had a huge salad, 1 boiled egg sliced up and 100g of Morrisons Eat Smart onion and chive cottage cheese followed by an apple. As a newbie to WW, I found this surprisingly filling and it was only 4pps.
