Mono-unsaturated fats are used by your body to get rid of the bad cholesterol!)

How many points in a mer nest?

Whenever we go to the UK food shop I always get the Options Belgian hot chocolate. So so good and really low in points. I love Apple tango too, so I always get a few cans. Mostly we buy a lot of Quorn, my husband is a veggie anyway and I have started to eat it more and more. I love that you can have a curry and a whole lot of the points are slashed by taking out the meat.

But in NZ in my shopping.. I always get frozen raw prawns, so low in points and great for adding some protein. Chicken bacon (we dont get the WW bacon here) so so good and really low in points too!
