hello can any one help me please what would the syns value be for home made chilli con carne with brown rice and weight watchers sauce and how much rice would be ok to have i am doing the E.E plan will be so greatfull for your help i know that the sauce is worked out on 1 point per 1/2 jar on ww Anna xxx

Hi,
I can't find a WW chilli sauce on the SW site - what is it called?
Also, you can have as much rice and meat as you wish to have on EE.
