What scales do you use and seem the most acurate and any weighing tips?

Will be investing in some scales soon so was wondering what scales do you use and what ones do you find the most acurate?
ALso do you have any tips for weighing at home? Time of day important or should I just be consistent?

I've got salter ultimate accuracy ones. They seem to be accurate enough, they cost about £25 in argos.

Mine are salter, not sure how to find the exact model though.

I have salter scales and they are ver accurate. Think you should weigh yourself at the same time on the same day each week in similar clothes on a hard even surface.
