What shall i buy so i'm prepared?

I have been doing weight watchers since January and lost 17.5lbs but then Easter came along and I have put on 4lbs which i just keep losing and putting back on again :sigh:.
So i think i need a new start, i have done sw before but it was acouple of years ago. I am going to join a class next week but i am going shopping tomorrow. What are the main basics i need so i'm prepared for the first day after class? I did the extra easy plan before so i'm thinking plenty of fresh veg, fruit, fish, lean meat - is that the idea?
