What shall I have for dinner?

    I'm going shopping soon and can't think of what to have for a Green dinner .... I'm all vege lasagned out having eaten it for the past 4 or 5 days :eek:.

    I don't fancy having potatoes either as I've had them a fair bit recently.

    Would rather not have pasta as I don't want to rely on pasta too much but if someone can tempt me with something that doesn't taste remotely like lasagne then I may consider it

    I've also had a couple of stir fries since starting

    Not sure I fancy an omlette either but this is a fall back option, maybe with a spicy coleslaw

    Quorn? Hmmmm - maybe a quorn curry - at least I could have rice with it. I've not had much rice at all

    Any ideas peeps?

    i think you have just ruled out all the green day things i know of lol.

    what about:-
    quorn with rice and a fat free sauce.
    quorn burgers and SW chips
    Veg stir fry with noodles
    tomato and herb pasta sauce packet with salad
    rice quiche
    quorn chicken salad with boiled eggs
    beans on toast
    cheesy SW chip butty and mushy peas
    cous cous and salad
    chilli and rice

    urmmmmm did that help?

    Ham (1B) and pea rissotto with fresh mint....... don't ask me how I make it though as I just chuck things in and hope for the best x

    I just had leftover Quorn jambalaya made with Quorn sausages - recipe is in the recent magazine in the 7 day menu section. Pretty yummy!

    :D:D:D I got all excited when I saw the risotto suggestion. I'm looking forward to it

    This sounds nice ... I haven't seen the latest version of magazine yet ... only the July one. I'll keep an eye out for it

    YUMMMY I'm eating it now and the only thing missing is a glass of chilled wine ... yes I could have it but I'm weighed in the morning so I'll do without tonight ..... just have sparkling water instead.
