What should I do

    Lost(%):
    2st7lb(11.44%)
    Diet:
    Slimming World
    When I joined 3 weeks ago, I calculated my points incorrectly. I should have been on 28 a day, and I have been allowing 27 a day. However, with my weight as it is today, within a couple of days (or next weigh-in as it should be) I will be officially a 27 day point person. Should I just leave it at 27 for the sake of a week?

    I always went by my weight on my wi day. If youre exactly on X stones I always just stuck with the extra point til the next week when I was officially under. Working on the premis I might have a sts or :eek: a gain lol

    I wouldnt think that one way or another 1 point is going to make a huge difference whatever you decide :)

    Thanks for your help. I was thinking that, as I don't always use my full points anyway
