What to do with chicken breast pieces...?!

Hi guys,

I haven't been on here for ages but I'm back with the intention of jumping back on the SW bandwagon.

I've just bought some raw chicken breast strips and fancy them in some sort of marinade but appear to have lost all my inspiration - any ideas?

I'm planning on serving them with either SW wedges or a baked potato and salad.
