What to eat and stay in ketosis???

Are there any foods at all that we scan eat, but not come out of ketosis?

An egg or some veg?...anything at all?

Ooh....so what do we do? Eat it as a meal and no shake or additional to a shake? Sorry for the qs...I am new to cbd. Thanks jade.
 
If ur plan is to have three shakes per day then continue having them but have ur SS + meal as an extra. That's ok I'm still getting 2 grips with it as well but if there's anything I can help you with let me know! Some examples of a SS + meal are:

170g skinless chicken or turkey breast
180g tinned tuna only in water!
230g cod, haddock or other white fish

Plus

80g cooked or raw of the list below

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Salad leaves
Mushrooms
Spring onions
Cucumber
Green peppers
Cabbage (u can also have this pickled)
 
My consultant said that the worst things for ketosis are acidic foods (lemons ect) and carbs... Did your consultant give you some ketostix?
 
They are little sticks you pee on and they tell you of your in ketosis. I think you can just buy them online or from the chemist. I got given two at my weigh in and they just make you feel a little more assured you are doing the right thing.
 
My CD lady told me too boil eggs and leave them shelled still in the fridge and eat one if I though I was hungry and going to break, when I checked my ketosis I was still in it,
