Hello

I am going out to a Greek restaurant with the girls on Friday night and I would like to stick to SW as much as I can. Any suggestions as to what I can eat?

I think that Greek food is pretty healthly so maybe I can do it without ruining a good week.

Thanks

Hiya - I think your best bet will be a grilled kebab of some kind with rice and salad, which is always yummy in Greek places.

Stay away from the pitta bread, houmous and taramasalata, oh and the baklava!

That should be easy enough then! Let's hope I don't have one too many and order anything with loads of sins!

I love tzatziki and pitta bread, could eat it all day long

Last time we went for Greek we got the meat platter to share which was very cool as I got to pick all the things I like that are good for me and everyone else had the bad stuff :D

Plus I didn't have to say 'Oh I can't have that at the mo' which does grate a bit

Have a great time :)
