Hi my name is Becki. I will be starting lipotrim on Friday. I have about 4 stone to lose. I have done really well on ww in the past, but at the moment I feel that there is too much choice and I would fail. So lipotrim it is. So what are your experiences. I want the good, the bad and everything in between.

    Thanks

Hi Becki, i have been on this for 29 days now and have lost 31 pounds :) the diet definetly works but it is very hard to stick to, the first week you will feel like death (headaches, hungry, moody etc) just warn family around you and get their support and it will make it easier (warn them about the really bad breath you will get as well haha). after the first week you will feel better and not usually hungry. i still have odd days when i am hungry but not very often, i admit i still crave food quite a lot but you have to get your head out of this habit of eating for fun. come on here for support advice n help and you will be fine, good luck. Stick with it 100% and you cant fail! :)

    Hi becky
I am re-starting tomorrow...having lost 7 stone in 5 months, 4 years ago, and 3 stones in 5 months a few years before that.
So, yes, it definitely does work...
you will find days 3/4 hard, but once you break through that and get your 1st weigh in...you will be motivated to push on.
I have unfortunately regained most of my weight due to medical issues, and feel this is the only way out for me at the mo.
Good luck, keep posting and you will find the support needed.

Hi Becky. It's interesting that you say WW gives you too much choice. I know just what you mean! Apart from speedy weight loss, I chose LT cos I know I needed a break from food and a chance to think more clearly. It's been great for me cos I feel so much stronger in terms of control and determination. Although I've still got a lot to lose, I know exactly what I will be eating when I finally finish and I think my taste buds are changing for the better. Good luck to you starting tomorrow, hun, and remember the strictness of this diet is it's strength! :D
