I tend to make up a pasta or rice dish at the beginning of the week with tomatoes and lots of superfree veg in. I then change it slightly by having it cold, hot, HEX A cheese added, some fish or meat in or even some chilli or seasoning.
I find this better as I can just grab it and it fills me when I'm at work.
