what type of chicken do you use?

Does everyone use mostly fresh chicken breasts? Wanted to know if frozen chicken is any good and what to do with it? Think i am scared to try new things with fresh chicken breasts in case i dont like it and they cost a bit money x

me too. generally whatever's cheaper/on offer! so long as you take the skin off, it's free on EE and original.

I always buy frozen, 1 its far cheeper & 2 iv always some in on the off chance I fancy it, which to be honest I do all the time as its my fave meat

Yes, it needs to be defrosted first. If I know im going to have it on an evening I take it out of the freezer in the morning. If not, then I just defrost it real slow in the microwave

I eat a lot of turkey because it's cheaper again!

But last week my local butchers had an offer on, 16 xl chicken breasts were only £19.50 and they are huge (worked out 8kg of meat!!) so i've got loads in my freezer now, pre-marinaded in a variety of spices for when I defrost them

There is chicken you can get from Iceland which is already chopped and you can cook it from frozen. It's £5 for a bag and it lasts ages
