I am thinking of having a chicken chow mein from the chinese this eve think this is normally 7 syns for the small portion.

However, I am doing EE and if i got it dry fried would it still have syns???

What do you think xx

If the noodles are boiled in water then they would be free but the chicken would still probably be cooked in some form of oil so you would have to syn that.
