What would you think of a pie at breakfast??

Im thinking off this for an idea want your opinions before i make itIn seperate ramekinsChopped up quirn or low syn sausageChopped up boiled eggBaked beansTopped with mash potato mixed with onion and a sprinkle of cheesebaked in oven for a crispy top??Ideas? changes? modifications??xx

I think that sounds yummy, I'd say mash at breakfast is a little weird but its not really, people have bubble and squeak cakes for breakfast and hash browns ect.

Will give this a go myself one day, although think I'd have it for tea as my boyfriend would love it as well.

Yeah mash for breakfast but it would only be a thinnish layer plus people have has browns lol x
