Wow you've done brilliantly, how did you do it and for how long? your states don't give much away and no ticker!

As to the final 7lbs...depends how you do it Charl and your height, BMI and all those other factors....I'd estimate a month if you stick with a couple of LT shakes and a high protein/low carb meal. What are you doing at the moment?

Sorry for using kg, but can't remember stones (have it written down, but not with me).

I will still need to lose a stone and a half, and that's not allowing for putting ANY on over Christmas, which however careful i intend to be, i am sure i will. I just hope that i can get back onto tfr in the New Year, but i think i might find it really hard... Joe is going on it in the New Year, so i don't know if me doing it too is such a good idea.. What do you think?

Not knowing Joe........has he got a lot to lose? If he does it too who will do the cooking?!

Are you going to be careful over Xmas? I think that you probably will cos you'll be thrilled at being so much slimmer that it will be more important than pigging out! I'm hoping to stick largely to the diet next weekend but until faced with a meal I just can't say how strong I'm going to be......got lunches with girlfriends tomorrow and Saturday and intend to have Exante bars, and a party on Saturday night and intend to have had a shake before I go........but the best laid plans and all that........should manage the lunches ok, just found some virtually brand new jeans, size12!!!!!, god knows when I bought them but I thought that I'd give them a try to see how long it would take to get into them and they fitted perfectly! ......so that will stop me wanting to eat lunch, won't stop me wanting to drink though.....so I'm driving just in case I should be tempted!

Paul's definitely fed up with this, he bought it up again last night cos I was curled up in a blanket on the sofa, freezing cold as usual, he doesn't see why I think that I need to lose nearly another two stone......he thinks that I should stop now and concentrate on building my strength up prior to the op. I tried to explain that I don't think that eating will have any difference on my physical well-being but he's not convinced! It's getting harder to do now that he's no longer so supportive.....

    Decisions, decisions........xx
