Whats for tea today?

    Im having a small sirloin steak with onions and mushrooms, Uncle Bens rice,butternut squash and courgette pepper roasted.

    Do you think this is enough veg or do I need more Super free?

    All help gratefully received

    roasted cherry toms would go well with it & super free xxx
    i am having lamb with veg & mash potatoes with syn free onion gravy and syn free rice pudding xx

    I am having lamb shank (Extra Special one with garlic and rosemary gravy free on red day) small HEB potato and loads of carrots. Oh and of course another super low syn choc pud. Hope I lose weight tomorrow, your free rice pud sounds lovely. Any chance of you posting the recipe??? Thanks;):D:)

    The lamb shank is from Asda, a wonderful find! Its really lush and so easy, a few mins in the micro.
