WHATS IN A CAMBRIDGE SHAKE?

Can anyone tell me how many calories there are in a cambridge shake, how much fibre and how much fat which saturates?

Umm, sorry not to be too helpful, I think it's 138 kcal if made with water. Not sure on the other parts as I don't have a box with me.
