Whats on the menu today???

    Hey everyone
    What are you all having to eat today???

    My plan is:

    Breakfast-Special k & milk (3.5pts)

    snack- crumpet & dairylea light cheese triangle (1.5 pts)

    Lunch- ww quich and salad (5.5pts)

    snack- coffee, milk

    Tea- Quorn burgers, chips & veg, ww yoghurt (6pts-i think)

    snack- crisps & ww choc bar (2.5pts)

    Water & a diet coke to drink

    19 points so I have 2 pts to spare if I need them or ill keep them for the weekend

    Breakfast Muller light yoghurt 1.5 pts
    Snack Apple 0.5pts
    Lunch 2 egg omelette with turkey and a tomato 4pts
    Snack muller light 1.5pts
    apple 0.5pts
    100g grapes 1pt

    I really need to get back into making my meals from recipes, ive been really lazy lately ;)

    Snack - Banana - 1.5 points

    Lunch - chicken & herb supernoodles - 5 points

    [Gym = +3.5 APs]

    Hometime - toast x1 - 2 points

    [WW WI - Ack!!]

    Tea time - WW Pepperoni Pizza - 8.5 points

    Total = 20.5
    Total APs = 3.5

    WW ProPoints & Gym
    Breakfast – 30g muesli and ¼ pint semi skimmed milk with a banana - 6 points

    Lunch – 2 slices WW bread with 30g of Philadelphia, 2 slices of Tesco low fat ham and salad. A pack of chilli Snack a Jacks and a WW dessert yogurt - 6.5 points

    Snacks – cup of green tea with a spoonful of honey - .5 points

    Dinner – want to do something with mince/taco shells but am struggling to find anything that’s not going to completely use up my last 12 points for the day. The mince seems to be really high on the WW counter and I don’t think turkey tacos will have the same ‘real feel’ ;)

    Breakfast – 2 shredded wheat with 125ml semi skimmed milk – 3.5 points

    Snack – blue ribband biscuit – 2 points

    Lunch – part baked petit pain with slice wafer thin ham & mustard, light choices cup a soup & pk onion rings – 5.5 points

    Snack – sugar free jelly – 0 points

    Dinner – 2 waffles, 2 low fat sausages, an egg & mushroom & onions -7 points

    Snack – 30g cheerios with 125ml semi skimmed milk – 3 points

    (1/4 semi skimmed milk – 1 points)

    Total – 22/22
