My menu today looks like this:

    Extra Easy

    Coffee
    Diet Coke
Hex A 250ml semi skimmed milk through the day

    Breakfast
Porridge Oats (Hex B) made up with milk from allowance and water.
Another 15g of Porridge Oats (3 syns) (I was extremely hungry!!)
    Banana

    Snack
    Kitkat Senses (8 syns)

    Lunch
Leftover pasta bolognese out of the freezer.
2 level tbsp parmesan (3 syns)
    Mullerlight yogurt.

    Snack
    Banana

    Dinner
Chilli Con Carne with a swirl of fat free natural yogurt served with basmati rice.
    Another Mullerlight yogurt.

    Total syns: 14

The Chilli will provide a load of future lunches too, as I make six portions of it, we have one each for dinner and I freeze four. It doesn't half save us money!

I was very hungry first thing this morning, which is unusual for me, so I had a tin of Branston Vegetable Ravioli on toast. I don't think I'll need to eat again till this evening now, very filling!

I haven't found a syn free veggie friendly yoghurt and I'm afraid to say that the shape fuller one's aren't veggie either. Yeo vally organic are and they work out between .5 and 1 syn per yoghurt. If you find a syn free one let me know

Aren't the Activia Fat Free ones both free and vegetarian? Not the strawberry as it uses colour derived from shellfish or something, so I read on here the other day, but I've been having the peach and vanilla ones?

There's a little recipe booklet that comes with the current issue of SW magazine and it's in there. I don't have it with me at the moment (I'm at work) but I can post it later probably, if you don't have that booklet.

Often red colouring comes from cochineal... which is derived from an insect, if you can believe that! It fell from popularity for a while but many artificially derived red colourings were proving to be dangerous, so cochineal is being used again, as it's natural.
