what's the best vlcd to start with LT OR BE-YU

    hi all i am just starting my dieting life and would like to know what you people think of the vlcd diets out there?i have a lot to lose i got a bmi of 48 and am 21st and would like to lose at least 8st to get into my bmi range so got a long way to go so if you kind people could point me in the write direction i would be grateful Cheer's to all.

    I like to think of Cambridge as being the 'Mother' of VLCDs. I think they were the first main ones, and Cambridge Manufacturing make a number of the others products.

    I like the Biggest Loser Whey Protein.. it is awesome after a workout and the blueberry tastes so good!

    I love Cambridge, not sure hwat the others are like but the variety of flavours and support of a cdc makes all the difference to me.
