What's the best way to do this?

I'm 'old skool' Slimming World and only used to doing Green and Red days but have been experimenting with EE.

Today I had 2 wholemeal rolls with chicken and loads of pineapple for lunch and I'm having Jacket Potato, beans and salad for dinner...

...so do I:

1) Count it as a green day and syn the chicken used at lunchtime

or

2) Syn one of the rolls?

You could do either, but I would say that if your trying to get your head round EE, Syn the the role, that way your sticking to the main concept of EE
