Whats the best way to use the steps when coming off the diet?

I just want to plan properly. I want to be totally off the diet by June 7th as that's when we go on holiday. I need to know how I do the steps and for how long? Do I go on to each step for a week for example?
 
I do believe all the details are in the book that we are given at the beginning. Apologies if I am wrong. I believe it should take at least 7 weeks to work your way up the plans
 
Hi all the steps are on the last page of the book. But yeah It takes a minimum of 7 weeks to work threw the steps properly
 
I've just been reading through the book and couldn't find it but after looking again page 109 has it on there thanks x
