What is the difference in calories between maintenance sachets and tfr sachets?

Why do we have to change to maintenance sachets? could we not stay on tfr sachets and cut back the

sachets as we are on the maintenance sachet,

going on refeed for 10days

Hi all does any 1 know roughly how long it would take to lose 3 stone if i change to maintence. Have been on tft for just over a wk and feel really unwell. As its not a considerable weight loss or maybe move to sw? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.x
