    mouses - they be little critter type creatures.... Owls are partial to them so are pussy cats....

    As for the mousses - ermmmm mine was a disaster but there's a few threads that rave about them

    One of them is about doing a mousse with the choccy tetra - I'll see if I can find it for you .....

    i love tetra so i would like to try that!!

    just use a heaped scoop full of the mix a mousse with whatever flavour pack or tetra you like. By using a heaped scoop, you will end up with a lovely thick mousse (let it stand for at least 10 mins in fridge/freezer). If it doesn't look set, leave it a bit longer.

    choc tetra is devine as a mousse

    oh right didnt no you could use tetra?

    yep - don't need to add water, obviously. enjoy. Just make sure you use a blender and blend for a minute ... otherwise it doesn't work so well (with shakes or tetras)

    and when using shakes they say to use really cold water - almost icey

    Hey ho..

    I ate mousses almost everyday.. im sooo addicted.. lol.. Ive only just started using tetra. but i find they taste too chocolatey (omg.. am i actually saying this).. but i normally just use packs.. sometimes i make vanilla coffee.. or sometimes choc and banana.. hehe..
