Just wondering what people's favourite healthy b choice on a green day is??

failing that it has to be good ole 28g porridge oats... ooooohh or 75g semi dried apricots nomnomnom
 
57g reduced fat houmous!

Or 85g ricotta in a nice pasta dish.
 
On Green & Red I usually have either scrambled/poached eggs on nimble wholemeal toasted or Dairylea triangles on toast & always with a big mug of tea :drool: just means I don't really have to decide what 'day' i'm on until lunch time :)
 
Chicken, Feta, olive oil :)
 
Hi fi bars, cheese, hummus or pitta bread. All my days are green days.
