failing that it has to be good ole 28g porridge oats... ooooohh or 75g semi dried apricots nomnomnom

On Green & Red I usually have either scrambled/poached eggs on nimble wholemeal toasted or Dairylea triangles on toast & always with a big mug of tea :drool: just means I don't really have to decide what 'day' i'm on until lunch time :)

I have extra lighter cheese so i can have 1hea and 1 heb cheese....84g in pasta yummy x
