Wheat Bran

I can't remember whether it was phoenix or BordersGirl who posted about adding wheat bran to the porridge in order to add fibre to your diet but whichever one it was thank you so much for the suggestion! I've been having a tablespoon of it in my morning and/or evening porridge (oatmeal) for the last few days. Not only does it work (less said about that the better!) but it is also really yummy! I love the extra taste and texture that it adds. It also adds 13 calories and 1g of carbs - but that's a small price to pay for me. Thanks again - whoever it was!!
 
Do you know - I saw this in Morrisons tonight in the home baking section and thought I'd post up on here as I know sometimes it's tricky to find.
 
It was Phoenix. I might give this a go tho.
 
it was me , I think the key is little and often , its nice in porridge
I used to put 2 heaped teaspoons in if I felt a bit bunged up , one if I didnt , but I would have it every day even if Id been that morning
