    Yes...I don't eat wheat at all.
    Couple that with no dairy or meat....but I've still managed to do the green plan.
    Is avoiding wheat a new thing for you?

    Yes me too.

    I don't eat wheat or dairy. I get a bit miffed as it's rare to find dairy free alternatives which are also fat free and so I end up using my syns on items such as yoghurt , which would be free if I was normal lol.

    I don't miss wheat at all though - I can have it occasionally but I try to avoid it. With rice, potatoes, cous cous, slimming world chips etc who really needs pasta/bread ? :D
