When is the best time to take the pill at mealtimes?

I have heard various people telling me various things. Either directly before, while your eating, just after. Which is how you take it and what you believe to be the most affective? As I am very confused.

As the packet says - with or within an hour of eating.

I take mine literally as I sit down to eat my meal. I have wondered the same as you thou. I know some pple say once xenical is in your system its there for 72hours but obvs it must only be effective if taken within hour of eating?

It makes no difference as long as it is within one hour before or after eating. This is what they say just to make sure but it does hang around in your system, for how long varies from person to person it seems to me.
