Syns for gravy is it per person or amount. What I mean is if I use 2 tablespoons of cornflour to thicken it, is it syns for cornflour for the full amount of gravy I've made or per person?

How ever much you use in the whole thing is the syns for the whole thing. When the book gives syn values per a certain measurement, that is it. They don't know how many people it will split between so there's no way of them giving that value. Eg 1tbsp cornflour for 4 syns (I think!) in gravy will be divided between however many eat it eg 4 people. = 1 syn each.

Great thanks, yeah it goes between 4 usually. Didn't realise cornflour was that much though.
