Where are the syns?

Just made the Mushroom Stroganoff from the website, and as far as I can see, all the ingredients are syn free, but it says 1 syn on extra easy and 1 on green, can anyone figure out where?

Ingredients are:

225g shallots or baby onions
425ml vegetable stock
225g baby button mushrooms
225g assorted larger mushrooms such as open cup, chestnut and shiitake
2 level tbsp tomato purée
½ tsp ground nutmeg
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
110g very low-fat natural yogurt
1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Looking in the book, it could be the yoghurt. Only fat free is syn free, low fat has a syn value.

sounds a bit strange but i add cream cheese to mushroom stroganoff came about after i forgot yogurt creme fraiche etc one day. i slow cook my mushroom in sauce then just before serving add around 50g to mix 4 syns for philly light so just divide by portions for syn value and its lovely. :)

If it's an oldish recipe then it might be the tomato purée. It became syn free a few years ago but before that it was half a syn per tablespoon

I was thinking possibly the puree also. It sounds love though? I will be trying it this week :)
