where should it all go

    Not sure if I am putting my food choices in the rifgr area Free,superfree, A, B or syns

    This is what I have had yesterday neither red or green

    Home made quiche (eggs, cottage cheese,mushrooms and onion)

    Home made carrot and coriander soup (carrots, onion, veg stock cube. small potato and seasoning)
    banana and an orange

    2 alpen light bars

    Today I have eaten (red )

    scrambled egg with mushrooms and ham

    fish in sauce (3 syns)

    sprouts and green beans
    banana and orange
    alpen bars light x2
    shap yogurt

    could someone tell me what goes were

    2 alpen light bars - HeXB (but you didn't have your HeXA)

    alpen bars light x2 (HexB)

    You need to have your Healthy Extra A hun (you can have 1 on an EE day, or 2 on a red/green day) and if you're having a green/red day you can have two B choices :)

    Thanx for that info. I am still trying to get my head round it I always forget my A as I dont have milk only on cereal and I hardly ever have cereal and I drink black tea will have to get some babybels lol

    Lol! I don't have milk either...but I'm a bit of a cheese monster, so I never have any problems polishing off the A choice :D

    I do like cheese but can not trust myself with it lol

    I have to take calcium tabs and iron tabs twice a day as my body doesnt absort vits and minerals very well now

    In that case I guess your Healthy Extra A maybe isn't so important then hun :) xx
