where's the bandwagon? I need to get back on!

    hey peeps,

    I have so fell off the bandwagon. Gutted, I stuck to the diet for about 4 weeks and lost a stone and then I had a few issues and I desperately needed my stodgey comfort food!

    I daren't weigh myself as I think I will be more than when I started!

    I am going to start again on Monday and am trying to gear myself up for it!

    Keep your fingers crossed for me!

    :patback: Dont worry i did the same- its so annoying i know but just push it to the back of yr mind and start a fresh...


    My fingers are crossed for ya- I've put on weight the past couple of weeks and im totally out of my target by 5lbs:mad: - I put on a lb this week i had been an angel- so i was sooo upset:cry: But i'm not gonna give up, i know where i wanna be and where i'm comfortable... Just think that your doing this for yourself and no one else...

    I would weigh yourself again just so you know where your at and you can set yourself up proper...
    And just think in 4weeks time you can be a stone lighter-

    If i ever need a booster i come on here- and i know i'm doing the right thing...

    I repiled to your other thread too...

    MAKE SURE THAT YOU TRY MY QUORN PASTA BAKE RECIPE AT THE TOP ITS SYN FREE ON THE GREEN PLAN AND IS SOOO LOVELY- I LOVE IT, I WUD EAT IT EVERYDAY- LOL

    I agree with everything cjtj said! Weigh yourself and then as you said...get back on the band wagon! You can do it - you did so well to lose a stone before so you know it's something you can do. Sounds like you've been having a tough time lately :hug99: and sometimes you just need to concentrate on what life throws at you rather than worrying about any diet...but if you're ready to get back on board and if you still feel the need for "comfort food" you could always stick to Green for a while - that may help. And remember, everyone here understands and wants you to succeed. Hope things go better for you and keep us posted. Love ff x

    Thank you so much for your understanding and belief in me.

    God, that sounds really deep doesn't it! but, you know what I mean. I am a strong believer in its normally the people on the outside who don't know you who can really see how things are!

    I am so determined to do this! I put some motivation pics on of me to try and make me stick to it!

    You know, that sad thing is, even when I was slim I still thought I had a fat tummy etc, looking back at the pictures, I would give anything to be that size again!
