Which Flooring gives a true reading on scales?

    Lost(%):
    0st2.7lb(1.76%)
    Diet:
    slimming world
    I weigh different on different flooring. My scales are the basic cheap sort, non-digital.
    Should i weigh on carpeted floor upstairs or concreted floor downstairs?

    Yep the hard surface is much better than the carpet
