which is best EE O or G

Does anyone favour a particular way of doing sw, as i dont seem to have any success at all on EE or O but plod on nicely with G but this can be very boring as i am a confirmed meat-eater and even the meagre portions allowed on green day b choice really affect my weight loss, what if anything am i doing wrong?????:cry:

I prefer red , didnt have much success on EE. I think its because I am too lazy to figure out what i can eat, and am quite happy to eat the same food every day
