which is the myth:- If you eat not enough you store fat? or less calories means weighing less??
These past couple of days I have not had alot to eat, all foods eaten have been free as on extra easy and have limited my syns. I go to weigh myself tonight after only eating a prawn salad today and it says put on a pound!!!
I am finding that I am going to the toilet less and less each week so know that i need to step up my fibre, however is it really true what they say?? Eat not enough and store fat?? Be interested in knowing all of your opinions.
