Which plan is better for weightloss

Hi all
Which plan do you guys recommend for ultimate weightloss, I was going through the website and there's 2 options for women, one being 3 meal packs and 100g chicken and veg and 4 meals pack with veg. Could I not just have the 3 meal packs and leave the chicken ect out.
How have the losses been for people who have done both plans. Really need some help and advice please, plus money is sort of a issue x
 
Please don't go for 3 packs and not have anything else, all you will do is harm your body as it won't be getting enough nutrition. I've not done 3 packs, I'm almost at the end of week 4 on 4 packs and I'm very happy with the losses I'm getting and know that my body is receiving all the nutrition it needs to keep on functioning correctly. I read a tip on here to save a little money - order the mens monthly pack of 5 a day - if you have 4 packs, you're getting 35 days worth rather than 28 for not a great deal more. Including postage this works out at £1.11 per pack, which isn't at all bad!
 
I have 3 packs plus protein. I can eat with the rest of the family and still get to enjoy my food.

I have a mix of both, just whatever suits on the day. Somedays I stick to the 4 packs if the kids are not home for tea and if they are home, I have a protein meal with them or if we are socialising. I did SnS previously and lost 3 stone in 3 months, but due to bereavement came off and put on a little bit. I started again 3 weeks ago and have lost 17lbs. I think its important to make the diet work for you and your lifestyle. Wishing you lots of luck with whatever you choose x
 
If you're socialising, what kind of meal might you do? I'm interested in how you can have a night with friends without going off plan. Any guidance much appreciated- thanks. X

Thank you so much for that so they both work the same, I rang s&s today and asked this question and the lady said u will get the same losses as with the 3 pack the meal add the extra calories and for the 4 pack the extra pack is the same as the protein meal calories.
hmmm makes sense now hope it goes well will hopefully start next Monday
