Which plan???

Hi all, not sure if this is the right place to ask this...I used to be a green/red only. Switched to EE and had a 1.5 loss but since have had three weeks STS - should I mix it up, switch back, stick with EE?

Please advice welcomed
 
I do not know what to advice you as I have never done EE.

My plan is mixed red and green and that fits in with my life well. I do more green than red, I am a carb monster.

My loss has always been consistent, apart from a hiccup when I strayed off plan,.

I think it is a case of experimenting until you find what suits you best.

There are a lot of much wiser people on here than me who can give you better advice.

I just wanted to say, good luck and stick with it

Thanks I will stick with it just I am too a carb lover which is why I love SW. Perhaps a few green days next week :)
