Which scale do u use to track progress?

Quick question for the pros in here.

I weigh regularly at home. Always have. 1st thing in am as ur supposed to do. And every day.

My class is Monday pm. My weight can (or not) fluctuate up to 5 lbs easily in a day.

So with that I'd like to use my morning weight to track progress & then just use stickers for any achievements I get at SW checkin.

What's the protocol on that??? Desperate to update my ticker as I had a super 1st week loss but as it's nearing totm that can fluctuate by class time st 7.30!
