which scales are the best

    i dont currently own any scales but i think i would like to buy some which are the best ones to get

    hope everyone has a good day i emailed my cdc and i am on the 1000calorie a day plan think i will do it for a week then go back to ss just couldnt understand why i was so hungry hey ho on wards and upwards xxxxxxxxx:cool:

    I have a set of digital scales from Argos, about £30 but very accurate!

    (Just a note, at your BMI you shouldn't be on SS! You should be on at the very least 810 cals a day!)

    I of course meant weighing yourself scales, but there are digital food ones in Argos too!! :D

    I also have some digital scales for weighing myself. Got them from argos, think they were about £20. I weigh the same on them to the . as my CDC and her scales are dead posh ones that do everything lol.

    thanks spooky i wish you were my cdc you are excellent, i changed yesterday all i have done is have a small banana with my breakfast shake and some strawberries later in the day and i felt so much better i am hoping to go into town and i am going to buy a book on low gi foods

    hey i got my scales from littlewoods, it hink they r around £35-£40 and r the weight watcher silver digital 1's!
