Hi guys, hope you can help me. Just been taking my mum shopping in asda and thought 'mmm blueberries and yoghurt'. When I've looked at the greek yoghurt and natural yoghurt they are sooooo high in carbs!! Which do you guys get?

You shouldn't really - but just have a little bit and count it in your daily allowance

I get hartleys no added sugar jelly from asda. There is a tiny bit of carbs 0.4 per 100g and the pots are 115g each. They're brill with cream nom nom :)
