Who All Is Still Around?

Hi,
I am just starting today - will be starting a diary tonight. Stepped on scales this morning - was not good
Heaviest ever!! Lots of hard work to be done!

Yeah I'm still TS, coming towards the end of week 2, I am doing 100% for 10 weeks, then adding a meal week, then back on TS for 10 weeks, then see where I am at the end of those 21 weeks, I potentially could be at or very close to goal

I'm doing TS with the odd lean and green meal when out socialising. I am hoping to lose three stone by May... no I am not hoping I WILL lose three stone by May. :D

I have been TS for 4 weeks. This week, week 5, is a planned week off for a family event over the weekend. Will be back on TS from Monday potentially for another 8/10 weeks - will see how far away goal is.

Have you done it that way before and found it to be ok? It's just that the add a meal week is important so that your organs don't shut down xxx

Well done everyone. My weight is coming off at a snails pace despite me having only three shakes! I won't let it discourage me though,as it will probs start to pick up soon! Xxx

Last time I didn't add a meal at all, only when I fell off the wagon and went on a mad food and wine binge lol and ended up making myself ill, doctor ordered me to eat more, my hair fell out in clumps, I looked awful.

So I want to try to do it a bit more healthy, it's easy to get so hung up on the speed you want to achieve it all by (I want everything yesterday) that you just end up making the diet harder for yourself and that's what I did last time, I was so determined at the start last time and just wanted to get to my goal asap, that I refused to budge from the diet, mentally and physically I could only handle the diet for so long without a slight break from it, so instead of adding a week with a low carb meal, I would end up falling off the wagon and gaining a stone...

You sound exactly like me, I'm all or nothing. It seems so hard to push yourself to add a meal every day for a whole week right when your body has decided that it's getting kinda used to running on 600cals. I think I'll eat a meal once a week rather than for a whole week every four. I nibble a tiny bit of ham here and there because I've done this diet a million times over and there was never any difference in my losses when I did it 100% and when I added a little meat. I find I get dizzy and shaky even when well in ketosis if I don't.

Hiya I have been on TS 5 weeks now. Still got another 20 to go

Hi Manda, I recently switched to exante from Cambridge as I was getting bored. I have a week off next week and not by choice so I'm a little scared. I've never ever been 100% on cambridge except for very small periods of time so I thought I'd start over with another plan. So far it's working. I'm going to be here for a while as I still have 5 stones to lose as my ultimate goal. I'd really like to be done by the end of August, but we all know life happens... I'm not stopping until I get to goal though

Hi,
I am a serial restarter, I finally feel in the zone this time so today is my day 1. I havent started a diary yet but I will be soon. I'm just shy of 16st so ideally I have about 5 - 6 stone to lose

Today I need to make some small goals/targets and come up with a proper plan.

Good Luck on your journey :)
