    :cry: Ive got up feeling terrible this morning and can sense failure looming!!! Why does this happen?? I had a fab early weigh in yesterday and was down 5lbs so would think that should keep me focused but oh no!!!!!!!! Im dreading the weekend and its only 9.30am on saturday and struggling already!! Im going to go to the gym later but cant think of a lot else to do, housework was done yesterday, weathers crap, got no cash so a bit stuck for ideas!!!:break_diet: :mad:

    just try to get through the day best you can dont cave in, can you not visit a friend or family member to pass the time.
    i,m sure if you get through today tommorow you will fell different and proud you got through it

    I think I am have stolen it Sarah..cos I feel quite strong (although I have only been up 20 mins!)!!!!!:)

    You're right, the weather is pants and cash is also an issue for me! Shame we live far apart...could have met up for a water !!!:)

    Do you know Sarah...I am feeling exactly the same way, the weekend is looming with impending doom, weekends are always the hardest for me, I don't know why...I try and keep myself VERY busy, then when its passed and I sit down and think of how strong I have, and how I am going to get to goal and it makes it all worthwhile. 5lbs this week thats a GREAT weight loss, well done. Stay Strong and Focussed. Angela x

    You can have good days and bad days. The good news is that if you stick with it tomorrow you should be feeling loads better and pleased with yourself. Do any thing to help you but please stick with it, if you do you will have another good result next week when you get weighed.

    Thanks everyone, im feeling a bit better now so fingers crossed!! Was going to add in legs too but there always crossed with needing the loo!!!!! Laura, I will raise a bottle of water with you at teatime (or should that be cdtime) in celebration of us getting through another day!!

    Don't think about the day ahead, don't even think about the next hour. Think about 'now'. No point in worrying bout failure if it aint gonna happen? Right? :)

    Yeah even though its been a picky day, its fine, I can and will be back on track tomorrow. Today is just one day out of a very long journey for me!! Thanks.
