Who wants to kick my bum today then!!!

Because I seriously need a kick up the a@@ to get back on track!

I got to target 4 weeks ago and although it was an interim target I still felt chuffed to get to it. TRhings then went terribly downhill and after 2 weeks off plan and celebrating my lo's 1st birthday and a 3 night holiday I came back with a 5lb gain!:eek:

Now I only gained 1lb over Xmas and New Year so to gain 5lb was disgusting for me.

So why now, after losing 1lb last week has my mind still not got back onto plan 100%?

I'm good all day and then blow it at night and go over syns.

Anyone want to give me a good old talking too??

You have done so well so dont beat yourself up! I got to my 4 stone 8 months ago and after yo yoing for months I am still not back there and nobody that I know through SW keeps to the plan 100%, 100% of the time. If it makes you feel better, I put on 6 and a half pounds at Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

take it one day at a time xxxxxxxx
 
Thanks both, that was a few weeks ago and I'm pleased to say that I did kick myself up the ass and get bk on track, I'm finding being so close to target hard if I'm honest, feel like I'm not trying anymore, must continue and get there as I'll get to go for free!
That's worth trying for alone surely!!!!
