Hi all
I am new to SW so hello everybody
I think I have messed up already DOH! I thought I had brought small 400g loaf of wholewheat bread and after I had ate it (that's sods law for you) I noticed it was wholegrain! Eeek luckily I had decided not to syn with the butter so had it plain with my eggs. So does anybody know the syn value of this as can't find it in the books?
Also I brought aldi fat free natural yogurt which I had yesterday with fruit and after reading the threads I think this might also be syn free?
