Wholemeal bun

How many syns are in a wholemeal bun if you are not using it as a healthy extra? Im making slimming world burgers and want to use a bun but i had bread for my b choice this morning.

They are around 5/6 syns each depending on the size

It's 6 syns for a generic 60g bun. Some of the branded ones vary a tiny bit, but you'd be pretty safe to say 1 syn per 10g of weight.
