could someone tell me what brands of wholemeal roll are classed as a heb?? x

You can have 60g of any wholemeal bread/rolls as a HexB & if it weighs more than 60g you can always syns the extra

M & S have just brought out "6 mini wholemeal submarine rolls" and you can have 2, yes i said 2!! as a healthy extra on all plans!! just read it this months sw magazine. now just need to go to M&S

Don't get too excited as they are teeny and unfortunately the price is not so teeny

I like the mini hovis rolls, I weigh them and if they at slightly over I just pull some of the middle out lol xx
